All traffic runs over TLS and is scoped by row-level security on our side.

Does it work with Follow Up Boss Pro and Premier?

Yes. The integration uses the standard FUB API surface, which is available on Pro and Premier plans. Team-mode features (per-agent assignments, per-agent pipeline mapping) require Premier because that's where FUB exposes the agent-of-record fields.

When an offer's buyer-broker compensation changes — a new counter, a concession negotiated at inspection, a change to the disclosure form — ShowSmartly writes the update to the FUB deal's commission fields and drops a note into the deal's activity stream with the version of the NAR-compliant disclosure that was sent.
